Zabbix: surveillance LLD des cartes SIM Yeastar TG


Il y a quelques mois, j'ai acquis une passerelle GSM Yeastar TG200 . L'équipement lui-même est bon, sans parler de l'œufier, qui pond périodiquement un cochon. C'est pourquoi il était nécessaire d'avoir des informations à jour sur l'état de SIM-ok et de répondre aux vidages. Le problème n'est qu'une chose: dans cet appareil, comme dans toute la série, il n'y a pas de SNMP. Mais il existe une API (AMI). Je n'ai pas trouvé de solution toute faite, j'ai donc décidé de faire de mon vélo un mécanisme d'interrogation de l'appareil. Sur cette base, toute la surveillance Zabbix sera construite. Ce qui est nécessaire pour cela:

  • Motif
  • Script
  • netcat est nc (préinstallé sur Ubuntu)
  • activer l'API sur l'appareil

Motif


Le modèle a été créé sur la base de la version 4.2, mais, peut-être, il fonctionnera sur les versions antérieures. L'essentiel est que votre version prenne en charge le prétraitement des éléments dépendants de LLD.
Les données prêtes à l'emploi sur IMSI, le centre SMS, l'opérateur, la force du signal, les états et la dernière action sont surveillées. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez très simplement créer un autre prototype avec la conversion souhaitée. Dans le modèle, il y a également plusieurs déclencheurs, y compris une baisse de l'interface SIM et son remplacement. Il convient de mentionner que seules les cartes SIM insérées sont détectées. Ceci est désactivé dans les filtres de détection (on ne sait jamais, peut-être que quelqu'un en a besoin). Bien sûr, le script doit se trouver dans des scripts externes et avoir des droits d'exécution sur d'autres utilisateurs.

Le script reçoit les paramètres suivants:
1 $ - numéro de découverte ou d'intervalle détecté par la découverte
$ 2 - {HOST.CONN} - adresse de noeud
$ 3 - {$ APIUSER} - Nom d'utilisateur API
$ 4 - {$ APIPASS} - Mot de passe API

À la demande de découverte , le script distribue JSON avec toutes les cartes SIM, leur statut, leurs étendues et leurs numéros (un de moins pour la lisibilité). À la demande de la durée, des informations complètes sans censure pour l'analyse.

Par conséquent, pour un fonctionnement correct, vous devez spécifier les macros {$ APIUSER} et {$ APIPASS} dans chaque nœud auquel ce modèle est attaché. Si de telles macros existent déjà, renommez-les simplement dans le modèle, par exemple en {$ TGAPIUSER} et {$ TGAPIPASS}. Si vous utilisez les mêmes mots de passe pour l'API sur toutes les passerelles, utilisez des macros globales. Je le répète, l'API côté passerelle doit être activée, les informations d'identification doivent être correctes.

Ensuite, accédez à AdministrationMéthodes d'alerteCréer une méthode d'alerte et sélectionnez Script . Le nom du script doit correspondre au nom du fichier (dans mon cas, yeastarsms.sh). Le script lui-même accepte les variables (paramètres) suivantes:

Lors de la modification de l'ordre des paramètres, le script ne fonctionnera pas .
