Membuat menu menggunakan FLProg


Selamat siang Dalam program FLProg sejak versi 2.1. blok perancang menu muncul. Dalam pelajaran ini, membuat menu menggunakan blok-blok ini akan dibahas.

Agar lebih menarik, pertimbangkan masalah sebenarnya. Kami merakit unit kontrol suhu, yang akan mencakup sensor suhu, pemanas, dan kipas. Semuanya sederhana di sini, kami mendapatkan nilai dari input analog dan skala ke kisaran yang diperlukan. Nilai suhu akan berubah dari -20 ke 80. Pengaturan blok skala.

Skema ini berfungsi sebagai berikut. Menekan sebentar pada tombol menghasilkan impuls "Masuk ke menu", impuls panjang (berlangsung lebih lama dari pengaturan timer TON) menghasilkan impuls "Keluar dari menu".



Sinyal aktivasi menu dihasilkan di papan ini. Pengatur waktu TON diperlukan untuk melindungi terhadap sinyal yang tidak disengaja ini ketika pengontrol dimulai. Nah, langsung papan dengan blok menu utama.

Dalam mode perubahan yang dipilih, ketika Anda menekan sebentar tombol perubahan nilai, itu berubah dengan nilai langkah yang ditentukan. Jika Anda menahan tombol ini selama lebih dari 2 detik, nilainya akan berubah dengan nilai langkah yang ditentukan setiap setengah detik. Jika Anda terus menahan tombol selama 2 detik, periode perubahan nilai akan berkurang hingga 200 ms.

Output "Menu utama aktif" diperlukan untuk menghasilkan sinyal "Aktifkan menu". Dua papan berikutnya hampir identik, dan tidak perlu penjelasan khusus.



Saya hanya akan memperhatikan input CanValUp dari blok MenuValue. Pada level tinggi pada input ini, nilai pada output Q sesuai dengan nilai item menu yang dipilih. Di tepi trailing input ini, nilai pada output "beku" sampai tingkat tinggi muncul pada input ini. Ini diperlukan agar nilainya tidak berubah sampai akhir pengeditannya (menutup menu).
